A. Defendant A is a doctor who works for the division of film department in the “La Hospital” located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul from September 2002.

On July 25, 2007, the Defendant conducted a so-called “ABDOEN” test on the part of B, and provided the report to the doctors within the hospital who requested the second fest test on the part of B, with each written “ABDOEN: Rt Spalone (0.5cm), Ltrenalone (0.4cm): Sheetalone (0.4cm): the right-hand kids (0.5cm); 0.4cm on the part of the left-hand kids (0.4cm); and then, the report was provided to the doctors within the hospital who requested the second fest test on B.

However, the facts do not seem to have been absent due to the absence from the upper right due to a white part suspected of being absent due to the extension of the right from the primary test on the B, and there is no cryp that the extension on the left-hand side was only one of the absences equivalent to 0.2 m of 0.2m because the above signs were rare.

Accordingly, the Defendant prepared a false report on the result of the early-wave test as above, and provided it to the above medical doctor who is unaware of such fact.

From that time until April 7, 2011, the Defendant: (a) conducted a b0-time test or CT photographing with respect to B on 20 occasions, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form No. 1; and (b) completed a false report as the size of B is found to have been not less than 0.4 cm but less than 0.4 cm; and (c) provided each of them to the doctors within each of the above hospitals by providing each of them with a false report.

B. From May 1, 2005 to November 25, 2005, the Defendant became aware of the fact that a large amount of insurance money is paid when he/she received a large amount of insurance money when he/she was undergoing a kidscoping procedure at M Hospital for four times in total, and that the Defendant was aware of the need for a large amount of insurance money.
