1. The defendant is due to the transfer agreement of September 20, 2005 with respect to each motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Defendant with the indication of the claim concluded a transfer agreement with the Plaintiff on September 20, 2005, where the ownership of each of the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet is to be transferred from the Plaintiff on September 20, 2005, instead of paying the claim, the Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure based on the transfer agreement made on September 20, 2005 with respect to each of the above motor vehicles.
