With respect to the above case, the court's second sentence of August 31, 2016 sentenced on the judgment of August 31, 2016 was aggravated by "1. Cumulative offense."

Reasons

It is clear that the application column of the above judgment was omitted by mistake in the application column of the statutes, so it is decided as ordered by the ex officio rectification of Article 25(1) of the Rules on Criminal Procedure.
