The Defendant shall pay KRW 930,000 to B who made an application for compensation.

3.2

1. Larceny;

A. On July 26, 2020, between 03:00 and 04:00, the Defendant carried 600,000 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession, and 25,000 won in cash, which was located on the victim’s wall, and was stored on the victim’s wall, to find the Fsch Rexton car parked by the victim E and did not have locking devices.

B. On August 5, 2020, at around 03:45, the Defendant: (a) discovered an I mountain-free car parkeded by the victim H; and (b) carried 20,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, due to the fact that the Defendant did not have a locking device.

C. On August 7, 2020, at around 03:25, the Defendant discovered a passenger car parkeded by the victim L in front of the Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City J apartment, and 200,000 won, which is cash owned by the victim in the front Gabbbb Park.

On August 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) discovered a Plow-priced car parked at the ground parking lot of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City N apartment, and (b) had a 900,000 won in cash and 30,000 won in cash on the back seat of the lower seat with the fact that the Defendant did not have a locking device.

E. On August 13, 2020, between 03:00 and 04:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered a Sererc-crack cruise cruise car that was parked by the victim R, and (b) carried 120,000 won in cash, using those not equipped with locking devices.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen a total of KRW 1,895,000 on five occasions.

2. On August 23, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny, at around 04:0 on the street in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Apartment, found a VK7 car parked by the injured party U and opened a steering door and attempted to steal the property in that door. However, it is the wind that the door was set off and the victim was sunkd on the driver’s seat.
