When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

1. On August 17, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.101% at a distance of about 30 meters from a 30-meter alcohol level to the front road of Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul at around 01:05.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) driving the said vehicle on a daily border as set forth in paragraph (1); and (b) driving the said vehicle at the seat of the Food Materials Wholesale Center, leading the front of the Seo-gu Seo-gu D road to a non-speed speed from the light elementary school.

In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to prevent accidents by driving the driver with a view to keeping the front door and the left door well and safely.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in driving on the road as it was, and the Defendant was placed in the front part of the victim E (the age of 54) who was on the road at which he was under the influence of alcohol.

Ultimately, according to the records of approximately KRW 3,255,00, the Defendant’s negligence in the course of business as seen above, was clearly corrected ex officio.

A considerable amount of property was damaged.
