1. The defendant's KRW 360,000,000 for the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 27, 2003 to May 21, 2004, and May 22, 2004.

On May 26, 2006, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant for the payment of loans, etc., "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 360,000,000 won with 15% per annum from January 27, 2003 to May 21, 2004, 18% per annum from May 22, 2004 to May 26, 2006, 20% per annum from May 27, 2006, and 20% per annum from May 27, 2006 to the day of complete payment." (Seoul High Court 2005Na7265). The above judgment became final and conclusive on June 20, 206.
After the judgment was rendered above, the Plaintiff was unable to receive the judgment from the Defendant at all, and the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit for the extension of extinctive prescription of the above judgment claim.
