On April 18, 2019, at around 02:28, the Defendant damaged the CCTV camera that was installed on the left-hand side of the victim's store entrance, by plucking up to the lower 300,000 won, for the reason that the CCTV of the victims in the victim C and D's 1st floor E store in the commercial building located inside the opening of the business.
