The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower court and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation

In addition, the argument in the grounds of appeal that the court's adoption of the application for examination of evidence may not be examined when the court deems it unnecessary at the discretion of the court, and on a different premise, it is unlawful for the court below to adopt the application for on-site inspection of the defendant.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
