1. The defendant shall pay 63,397,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 5, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the change in the specification of the claim;
(Provided, Jun. 19, 2017, the Plaintiff withdrawn a lawsuit against Defendant C on June 19, 2017, and withdrawal of the subrogated payment amount of KRW 5 million on the date of the second pleading of the instant case, and reduced the claimed amount to KRW 63,397,00 (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
