1. The Defendant’s KRW 55,432,064 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 12% per annum from February 13, 2015 to April 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the confession judgment (the Defendant only submitted a written objection stating the receipt of a payment order and the content of the objection thereto, and did not submit a subsequent written response, and the Plaintiff did not appear on the date for pleading, and thus, all of the allegations presented by the Plaintiff pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act is deemed to have been led.)
