A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Special robbery and theft on December 2, 2016;
A. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant purchased two tapes for the purpose of committing robbery at D stores managed by the victim FF in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, for the purpose of using them for robbery at D stores managed by the victim F., Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (a) stored two tapes in the main machine of a 5,000 won city at which the victim’s management was neglected; and (b) stolen them.
B. On December 2, 2016, at around 18:30, the Defendant entered “I adult PC room” operated by the victim H (42 h) in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, as a customer. Accordingly, the defendant took a knife, which is a deadly weapon, and forcibly took the victim's property.

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant entered, and stolen, at around 19:00, the new cooperation cooperative under the jurisdiction of the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and entered, as seen above, two new cooperation passbooks owned by the victim new cooperation cooperative and entered a password, and then withdrawn KRW 6,750,000 in total on eight occasions.
2. Special robbery and larceny on December 5, 2016
A. On December 5, 2016, the Defendant is N.N. operated by the Victim M (49 years old) in Sungnam-si L in Sungnam-si around 22:00.
