1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,233,460 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 5, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act:

The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal is recognized as only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
