1. The Defendant is on the ground of sale on May 20, 2016 with respect to the Plaintiff’s share of 4/8 square meters out of C Forest land 4709 square meters in Seopopopo City.

Reasons

1. On May 20, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant as to the land indicated in the order and paid the full amount of the purchase price. On May 20, 201, the Plaintiff sought against the Defendant for implementation of the procedure for registration of ownership transfer based on sale (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
