A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant's wife was married to the victim C (n, 14 years of age, 11 years of age) and the victim D (n, 11 years of age), and the defendant's wife was married to the economic problem around 2012, and the defendant's wife was separated from the defendant's wife. In the defendant's house, four persons including the defendant, victims, and mother were living together.
After the birth of the wife, the Defendant had experienced the desire of the victims and had committed an indecent act with the fact that even if the victims were forced to commit an indecent act by force, they could not report their relatives.
1. In 2012, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 21:00 to 22:00, at the Defendant’s room located in the Defendant’s home in the Dongdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, the Defendant 11 years old at that time), along with D, was humping for the victim while reporting television together with D; (b) the victim said that the victim would take advantage of the victim’s side; and (c) the victim was placed on the part of the Defendant’s side; and (d) the victim’
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.
2. From 2012 to 22:00, the Defendant committed the crime, at around 2012, 21:0 to 22:00, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), the victim C (the 12 years old at that time, the 12 years old), D and television was reported, and the victim said that the victim would enjoy the victim’s right next to the Defendant, and the victim was able to write down his hand by inserting the victim’s hand on the victim’s side.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.
3. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) around September 2012, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) around September 2012, the victim C (at the time, 11 years of age), and the victim D (at the time, 9 years of age) had the victim wear the Defendant’s bridge; and (b) said that the victims would be able to take advantage of the victim’s side.
