1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and the interest thereon from February 23, 2009 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim for the interruption of extinctive prescription of an obligation based on a payment order dated September 25, 2009, the Seoul Central District Court 2009 tea 9821, which became final and conclusive in the loan case.
