Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On April 3, 2016, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.169% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo vehicles within approximately 3km from the 52-way road to the front road of Seongdong-gu New subway Station at the request of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu.
