Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On November 4, 2014, around 13:58, the Defendant driven a rocketing car under the influence of alcohol by 0.173% from the 20m section of approximately 20m alcohol level from the 39-4 Do to the 39Na-ro 5 Do to the same unification.

2.
