1. Each of the plaintiffs (appointed parties) stated in the list "assigners";

A. 1) The Plaintiff’s representative meeting is the Plaintiff’s 32 units, the 32-dong unit, the 32-dong unit (hereinafter “instant building”).

2) Of the plaintiffs, persons other than the designated parties E, F, G, and H are buyers who purchase each of the instant units of the instant building from new DNA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “new DNA”). The designated parties E, and F among the plaintiffs are sectional owners who acquired their ownership in the discretionary auction procedure regarding No. 105 units of the instant building on September 6, 2012, during the public sale procedure on February 1, 2013, the designated parties G, and H are sectional owners who acquired the ownership of No. 113 units of the instant building from among the instant buildings (hereinafter “designated parties E, F, G, and H”) who acquired the ownership of No. 113 units of the instant building in the public sale procedure on February 1, 2013.

3) Nsung is a joint executor of the construction and sale business of the instant building, and I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”).

(4) The Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (the Korea Housing and Guarantee Corporation, including Korea Housing and Guarantee Corporation, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”) is a corporation for the purpose of selling a house built and supplied by a project proprietor, the warranty of defects, and the construction and the repair of defects of a house to implement the said warranty under the Housing Act, and a person who entered into a housing sale guarantee contract with a new SungsungNC and I for the instant building.

5) The Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. is a guarantor who entered into a warranty contract on the instant building with I. B. The Defendant Guarantee Corporation entered into a warranty contract on October 17, 2006 and the performance of the warranty contract on the instant building; (b) The guaranteed amount for the new construction and sale of the instant building executed by I is KRW 46,832,00,000,000.
