1. The Defendants jointly deliver the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiffs, and deliver the said real estate from August 1, 2016.

Reasons

1. On April 3, 2015, the Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants as KRW 30,000,000 for lease deposit, KRW 24 months from May 1, 2015, and KRW 3,000 for the rent, and KRW 3,200,000 for the rent on April 1, 2016. The Defendants did not pay the difference from August 1, 2016. As such, the Defendants did not request the Defendants to pay the delayed rent and unjust enrichment equivalent to the delayed rent from August 1, 2016 to the completion date of the said real estate.
