2. From June 8, 2016 to August 2, 2016, by deceiving victims by the same method over a total of 11 times from around June 8, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes, and then deceiving them by deceiving the victims by remitting total of KRW 1,795,000 from the victims.

On October 25, 2016, the defendant of "2017 Highest 297" sold 5 middle-sized mobile phones in a country where the Internet site has no intent or ability to sell mobile phones.
