Reasons
1. Indication of Claim: Since the Plaintiff fully repaid the Defendant’s claim against the Plaintiff according to the final judgment of the Busan District Court 2017Gadan220265 case, compulsory execution based on the above final judgment against the Plaintiff is not permissible.
