On September 14:35, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without a driver's license on September 5, 2016, and started driving approximately 400 meters away from the front road in front of the natural aesthetic road located in the Yanpo Eup in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, and driving approximately 40 meters away from the front road in front of the valley elementary school in the same Eup/Myeon.
