1. The Defendant’s KRW 160 million with respect to the Plaintiff and 3% per annum from April 18, 2017 to May 22, 2020, and the following.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "debtor" to be "Defendant". 2. A confession judgment (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the defendant only raised a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order and did not appear on the date of pleading, and therefore, it is deemed that all the plaintiff's allegations were led to confession in accordance with Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
