Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on August 31, 2012, was present at the meeting of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation Chairperson (one person: Civil Labor Union Chairperson) organized by the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul, the Defendant obstructed the passage of vehicles from around 16:21 to 17:30 on the same day, with approximately 8,80 participants of other assemblies, on the same day, at around 16:21, around 16:36, and around 16:49, at the intersection of the B-ro zone located in the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and at around 16:19:19 on the same day, by taking part in an assembly or demonstration, and taking part in an assembly or demonstration to provide relief otherwise.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
2. On February 23, 2013, the Defendant: around 14:10 on February 23, 2013, at the meeting of the president of the Civil Labor Group organized in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 14:10 on the following day: (a) around 3,50 of the participants in other assemblies; (b) around 15:45 on the same day, at around 16:17 on the same day; (c) around 16:21 on the same day; (d) around 16:5 on around 16:5, around 16:5; and (e) around 16:5 on the same day; and (e) around 16:1 on the same day, from around 16:57 to around 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the passage of the vehicle on the road with approximately 2,50 on the same direction; and (e) from around 16:150 on the same day;
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
3. On August 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on August 15, 2013, was present at the 'Yancheon-gu Joint Declaration of 6.15 Joint Declaration' held in the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 12:45 on the same day, with 5,00 participants in other assemblies and 12:45 on the same day.
