1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 112,382,00 and the amount of KRW 83,804,769 from July 4, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended at the date of the first pleading) provides that “A creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant,” and “the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have partly corrected as indicated in the Disposition.” 2. A judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
