1. Larceny;

A. The Defendant is a person who, at the construction site, works for a tree with daily labor.

On August 25, 2013, the Defendant discovered the E-mail vehicle owned by the victim D, which was parked in front of the Sungdong market in Sungdong-dong, from August 25, 2013, and then stolen it to use it for commuting, material transport, etc. at the construction site, and the Defendant stolen the above cargo vehicle of approximately KRW 8.6 million at the market price by driving the vehicle after getting off the vehicle at the driver's seat of the above cargo vehicle, where the victim frights the vehicle to sell the goods.

B. From September 17, 2013 to September 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen the number plate of another vehicle in order to prevent the theft of the freight vehicles indicated in the preceding paragraph; (b) stolen the number plate of the said vehicle; and (c) stolen the front license plate of the said vehicle owned by the victim F that was parked on the front of the front apartment located in the Sung-dong from September 17, 2013 to around February 2013; and (d) stolen the vehicle number plate in the same way as the victim H owned by the Defendant, which was parked on the alley-dong runway, Sung-dong, Sungdong from February 22, 2014 to around 23, 2014.

The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, like paragraph 1(b), committed unlawful use of air defense, unlawful use of air, unlawful use air defense events, and violation of the Automobile Management Act, by immediately attaching the G number plate that stolen as set forth in paragraph 1(b) and the I number plate to the backer and fronterer, respectively, and exercised the said cargo vehicle at the racing stand until it is controlled by the police from around that time to October 14, 2015.
