1. The Plaintiff:
A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 45,000,000 won and the aforementioned costs:
B. Defendant A shall be KRW 13,020,000 and this shall apply.
Reasons
The Plaintiff loaned KRW 45 million to the Defendant around May 2, 2013, and KRW 20 million around June 10, 2013, without setting a due date, to Defendant A’s joint and several liability for the borrowed money as of May 2, 2013, and the Plaintiff demanded the return of the borrowed money by October 31 of the same year on or around September 10, 2013. However, there is no dispute between the parties that Defendant A paid only KRW 6.9 million out of the borrowed money as of June 10, 2013.
All of the plaintiff's claims are accepted.
