1. Basic facts
A. C apartment house reconstruction and rearrangement project association (hereinafter “Nonindicted apartment housing reconstruction and rearrangement project association”) is established for the purpose of implementing a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project by setting up KRW 40,00,000 as the project implementation district of Sungnam-si as the project implementation district. On June 30, 2003, it is a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project association that obtained authorization for the establishment from the Sungnam-si mayor. The Plaintiff is a person who was in the office of a general director from September 17, 2005 to November 29, 2012 and was working for the non-party association
B. The sectional owners of the F apartment on the ground of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, establish the F apartment reconstruction association promotion committee (hereinafter “instant promotion committee”) for the purpose of promoting the said apartment reconstruction project, and obtained authorization for the establishment from the Sungnam-si, 200 on December 24, 2003.

On July 23, 201, the instant promotion committee, after obtaining authorization for establishment, proposed that the reconstruction project promoted by the non-party partnership should be integrated and promoted by the instant promotion committee, which had not been designated as a rearrangement zone due to the problem of securing school sites. Accordingly, the non-party partnership and the instant promotion committee were conducting negotiations for combined development.
In order to promote combined development on September 30, 201, the non-party union and the promotion committee of this case entered into a “provisional Agreement on Residents’ Proposal in the Rearrangement Zone” as follows, including the content that the defendant expected to be incorporated by the non-party union and the instant promotion committee will pay the improvement project cost for the operation of the non-party union in the future. The summary of the provisional agreement: The non-party union and the instant promotion committee agree to include the project site of the non-party apartment in the F apartment Housing Reconstruction Improvement Plan on the premise that the following conditions to bring the effect of the agreement: The premise and conditions of the effect of the provisional agreement are as follows.
