At around 23:30 on August 31, 2013, the Defendant driven a B motorcycle at a section of approximately 200 meters up to the front day of a restaurant located in the same Dong in the Seocho-dong, Busan, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% of blood alcohol content.
