2. 피고인은 2010. 3. 6. 21:10경 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고 혈중알콜농도 0.100%의 술에 취한 상태로 부산 사상구 모라동 앞 도로에서부터 부산 북구 구포동에 있는 산곰장어 식당 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 500m 가량을 79노XXXX호 자동차를 운전하였다.
