A. The following facts can be acknowledged after compiling the overall purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 10, and the facts constituting the cause of the claim to be stated in this part are the facts constituting the cause of the claim stated in the annexed sheet.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 146,583,310 (i.e., KRW 82,583,310,000) and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 23, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is clear that the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
