On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.098% with blood alcohol concentration around 05:00 on December 14, 2012, and driven B Mt Motor Vehicle at a distance of about 4 km from the pressure-dong area in Gangnam-gu Seoul to the 1240-day street distribution Dong in Seocho-gu Seoul.
