Reasons
In addition to the written evidence No. 1’s purport of the pleading, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant around December 18, 2015, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 110,00,00 with respect to the building C, 502 as the lease deposit amount of KRW 110,00,00, and the lease period from January 15, 2016 to January 15, 2018.
Since the above lease contract was terminated, the defendant is obligated to pay 110,000,000 won to the plaintiff as the restoration to its original state.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted.
