1. The defendant,

A. 1) The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) (as regards KRW 2,215,680 and KRW 1,563,00,000, respectively, from May 31, 2017.

Reasons

. If the user of an assistant ceases to exist without any liability, an assistant shall be deemed to have consented to the unpaid leave until the user is connected, and the contract period shall expire when the user is not connected for three months;

Working hours/Recess hours: Work hours and vacations at the request of the recipient: A monthly service schedule (agreement with the recipient) shall be based on the service schedule.

Benefits: 6,412 won per hour (Provided, That on a short-term night, 9,622 won per hour)* Si rate shall be the minimum wage of 5,210 won per hour, and other weekly holiday allowances and overtime night holiday allowances shall be the inclusive wage including the remainder of 1,202 won.

* The paid-in holiday (service on a service schedule) paid to the bank account of an assistant including the 4th insurance premium: The Plaintiff and the Selection C entered into a labor contract with the Defendant around 2014 as follows. * The 10th day of each month after settling accounts for the service hours including the 4th insurance principal charges.
