A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 14:30 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) drive an E rocketing car not covered by mandatory insurance without a vehicle driver’s license from a section of approximately 3.5 km from the front day of the Jin-si to the front day of the Dwon in the Jin-si City.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving E rocketing cars.
At around 14:30 on July 3, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle, and entered the three-lanes in front of the Dwon in Jin-si C, into the three-lanes from the two-lanes to the right edge of the said road, and led to the F from the straight distance on the right edge of the said road.
At the time, the Defendant changed the course from the two-lanes of the above road to the three-lanes, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to take care of other vehicles driving on the road that he wishes to change, and to properly manipulate the steering direction and brakes to prevent accidents in advance.
