A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Criminal facts
On May 26, 2017, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 27, 2017.
1. Larceny;
A. On September 17, 2019, at around 03:48, the Defendant: (a) removed clothes in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul Seocho-gu) and stolen the 6 punishment of the clothes, including 100 footers, while collecting the 17th amblings from the victim C.
B. On September 18, 2019, at around 03:42, the Defendant collected the above-mentioned 1’s paragraph (a) from the victim C in the same manner, and then stolen the four clothes, including Titrts, and one non-payment.
2. Public performance and obscene;
A. On September 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 06:23 to around 07:27, the Defendant openly committed obscene acts by going through the Defendant from the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D to the F school located in the same Gu E from the Seocho-gu to the inside of the same Gu.
B. On September 17, 2019, around 08:35, the Defendant: (a) laid down his/her mouth and laid off his/her sexual organ out to the public and openly obscenity on the roads passing by many people, including the victim H (W, 38 years of age) in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment.
C. On September 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 10:55 to 11:00, at a place where a large number of people, such as the victim J (Y, 25 years old) who was a Kaf-in employee in the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu I apartment complex, and then was openly obscene in his/her sexual organ, at a place where it can be seen by a large number of people.
3. Intrusion a structure;
A. The Defendant, at the date and time specified in paragraph 2(a) above, entered the door of “F School” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and intruded into the above school structure managed by the principal K for the purpose of obscenity, such as taking out his sexual organ out of the place of public performance.
B. The above apartment complex managed by the manager in name by entering the I apartment complex for the purpose of obscenity, such as taking out his sexual organ out of the place specified in paragraph 2(c) above.
