No one shall provide a game product not classified for use, and exchange the tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of the game product.

1. From September 23, 201 to 18:20 on September 25, 201, the Defendant: (a) in a game room without a trade name on the first floor of Busan East-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do; (b) in a game room where D installs 30 game machine indicating “Salking Man (THHDDRRE)” on the outer surface; and (c) in a case where D puts a certain amount of money to customers by installing a revolving-type game product that was not rated within it, a certain point is given, and a certain point is deducted at the time of running the game; (d) in a way that a certain score is given on the screen and a premium is emitted depending on the score, and (e) in a way that a customer who completed the game returns to KRW 4,500,000, the Defendant received 80,000 won per piece of money as the president’s daily name, and managed the game as an employee’s president, and (e).

As a result, the defendant provided ungraded game products in collusion with D and E for use, and exchanged the results obtained through the use of game products.

2. The Defendant, from around December 16, 201 to around 19:20 on the 30th of the same month, operated a business in a way that, from around December 16, 2011 to around the 19:20th of the same month, G installed 20 computers and installed 10,000 won for customers by inserting 10,00 won, a revolving-type game work, which is a revolving-type game work, which was not rated within the computer, and installed 20 computers and installed 10,000 won for customers.
