A. On May 31, 2013, the Plaintiff transferred a motor vehicle listed in the [Attachment List (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”) to KRW 100,000,000, and issued all documents necessary for the procedures for the registration of transfer of ownership.

B. However, the Defendant imposed automobile tax, administrative fine, etc. on the Plaintiff as it did not accept only the instant automobile and register transfer of ownership.

C. Therefore, the plaintiff is seeking a judgment as ordered.
