1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 116,720,130 as well as KRW 114,462,250 as to the Plaintiff’s KRW 116,720 and KRW 114,462,250 as of May 25, 2017.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (a) (a judgment made by a person who is deemed to be a "Plaintiff", and a "debtor" shall be deemed to be a "defendant").
