양수금(시효연장) 청구의 소
1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant A and B, each of the 49,604,188 Won and 21,005,959:
B. Defendant C, Inc.
1. Claim against Defendant A, B, and D
(a) Description of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims as shown in the annex;
(b) Grounds: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
2. The facts alleged by the Plaintiff as the cause of the claim against Defendant C do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the entries in the evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including additional numbers). Therefore, the above Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the money set forth in the Disposition No. 1.
In regard to this, the above defendant asserts to the effect that it is improper to hold the representative liquidator liable for it to the individual, but in the lawsuit of this case filed against the above defendant who is not a representative liquidator, it cannot be a legitimate ground for defense.
3. All of the plaintiff's claims are accepted.
