A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for KRW 178,013,439 and KRW 174,569,870 among them, from July 28, 2015.

As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the interest rate shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
