However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. A person who violates the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc. shall be the mother gun that falls under any of the following subparagraphs pursuant to Article 11(1) of the said Act, Article 13 of the Enforcement Decree of the said Act, and attached Table 5-2 of the said Act (based on the mother guns):

1. Those made of metal or any material other than metal, which are highly likely to be misused for a crime in the same shape as that of a gun;

2. Those made of any material, other than metal or metal, which are likely to cause harm to human life or body because they fall under any of the following:

(a) Those the size of which is less than 5.7 millimeters in diameter;

(b) Goods, the weight of which exceeds 0.2g;

(c) A projected coal exchange energy exceeding 0.02km;

(d) Those which are towing because the front part of the carbon return is not treated nesnes; and

(e) not carry more than 90 ccinies with net explosions or with inflammable flames;

Nevertheless, the Defendant issued one copy of a gun (MNUFATS, 116 cm in total length, 116 cm in manufacturing) from D located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the date of 2008 to 23:26, the Defendant kept the Defendant’s house of 501, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon at the office of the Defendant, 501.

2. Damage to special property;

A.
