[Criminal Power] On January 26, 2018, Defendant B was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for the purpose of obstruction of performance of official duties in the Incheon District Court’s Vice Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 3, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A

A. On November 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) requested the Defendant to forge his/her driver’s license, which he/she became aware of with mobile mail (one name D) at the Defendant’s residence in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si; (b) provided that he/she sent KRW 500,000 for forgery; and (c) had the Defendant forge his/her driver’s license in return for forgery.

Therefore, the above person who has failed to make a statement was named as "E", "F", "Class 1 common account by type of license", and "the date of issuance" on March 29, 2012, and a driver's license with a photograph attached by the defendant was newly made for the purpose of exercising his/her official document in the place of non-place of residence around that time.

Accordingly, the defendant has instigated the above-mentioned person to forge a driver's license of the defendant under the name of the director of Seoul Local Police Agency who is an official document.

B. On November 25, 2017, the Defendant entered “E” in the name column of customer information on subscription to the prepaid telephone contract, “H” in the statutory date of birth, “E” in the address column, and “E” in the customer column. Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged one copy of the prepaid mobile phone contract in the name of E, which is a private document on the rights and obligations. 2) On December 6, 2017, the Defendant purchased an automobile from the Icheon-si Building, K in the Jho-si, and the passenger car in the Jho-si, and entered “E” in the column of the transferee’s name and address column of the certificate of transfer of the vehicle (for the automobile dealer’s transaction), and “E” in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and “E” in the transferee column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant has a certificate of transfer of motor vehicle under E, which is a private document on rights and obligations.
