(a)for the reasons for the attachment to the indication of the claim;

The facts as indicated in the attached Form of the grounds of claim concerning the determination of the claim against Defendant Incorporated Agricultural Company’s petition, and on December 27, 2017, among the Plaintiff and the Defendants, the assumption of obligation agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendants that “the obligation to the Plaintiff of the petition against the Defendant Incorporated Agricultural Company shall be acquired by the Defendant Incorporated Agricultural Company by the Kimchi Incorporated”) is an obligation assumption agreement that includes the exemption of the petition against the Defendant Incorporated Agricultural Company.” There is no dispute between the parties

Therefore, the petition of the defendant agricultural corporation was exempted from the obligation of the plaintiff according to the above-mentioned assumption of obligation.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant Incorporated Corporation is dismissed as it is without merit.
