1. The defendant's notary public against the plaintiff is the 2009 deed prepared by the law firm master on November 9, 2009, No. 7077.
1. Basic facts
A. A. On July 24, 2009, with respect to E development projects jointly implemented by the Korea Land Corporation and the Incheon Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation, the Plaintiff and C and D entered into a sales contract with D by stipulating that each of the above construction works shall pay the price of KRW 100 million (a balance of KRW 25 million on the date of the contract, the remainder of the contract shall be paid on October 30, 2009 to the Plaintiff, etc.) and the Plaintiff (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) who are the children of C and C, as one of the general commercial sites or neighborhood living facilities, as a result of an examination of eligibility for the supply of a living countermeasure site conducted by each of the above construction works from the Korea Land Corporation and the Incheon Metropolitan City Urban Development Corporation.

B. B. The Defendant, in writing, issued a notarial deed of this case. The notarial deed of this case, using the certificate of personal seal issued by the Plaintiff, etc. for commissioning the preparation of a notarial deed with respect to the Promissory Notes of this case as supplemented on November 8, 2010 on the date of payment as the beneficiary column of the Promissory Notes of this case, and using the certificate of personal seal issued by a notary public on November 9, 2009 for the commission of the preparation of a notarial deed to the Promissory Notes of 2009 (hereinafter “notarial deed of this case”).
