A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) was driving B rocketing and other automobiles under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.114% on the roads in front of the Ounsan Park in Gyeyang-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.14%, and driving B rocketing and other automobiles at the speed of about 60 km along the three-lane of the 4-lane road of the educational village village in Gyeyang-gu.
Since there is a private road crossing where signal lights are installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving according to traffic signals by reducing speed and checking the right and the right of the road well.
Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected this and caused the victim E (the 55 years old) and the victim F (the 62 years old) to avoid the above victim's driver's vehicle in India and go beyond India in accordance with the traffic signal due to the negligence of violating the traffic signal, which was immediately slowed as it was, and thereby, caused the victim's driver to go on the right side from the left side of the Defendant's driver's vehicle (the 54 years old) to the front part of the Defendant's driver's vehicle, and let the above victim's driver's vehicle pushed the victim's vehicle into the front part of the driver's vehicle in front of the Defendant's driver's vehicle and pushed the above victim's G (the 5 years old driver's age), who was in front of the Defendant's driver's vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as a cage of cage cages, etc. which requires approximately 4 weeks of medical treatment to the victim G, injury of cages, tensions, etc. requiring approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment to the victim C, injury of brain-proof sugars, etc. requiring approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment to the victim E, and injury to the victim F, such as an influence of the number of days of medical treatment, etc.
2. A defendant who violates the Road Traffic Act shall be Gyeyang-gu in Incheon on August 15, 2014.
