If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

1. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:40 on July 29, 2018, while using a portable gas siren for cooking food at the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gun BGC, the Defendant was placed with a fire in a gas siren installed adjacent to the Defendant’s house, and then transferred a fluent sled salt packaging site by using it.

At the time, in the vicinity of the portable gas sirens, there was a risk of brupting a fire in the vicinity due to a mispercing an easily visible newspaper site. As such, the Defendant had a duty of care to remove the newspaper site from a portable gas siren, and not attach it to another place.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and moved to a place around a portable gas siren while putting it into a place, caused the wooden spores to put it up on the floor of the living room and caused the 69,556,444 won to spread.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed a structure that a person uses as a residence due to the foregoing negligence.

2. The Defendant suffered injury, respectively, by causing a fire at the time, at the place, as described in paragraph (1) and spreading the same building, such as the occurrence of a fire in the same manner as stated therein, resulting in injury to the victims of G residing in FF (hereinafter referred to as those of 86 years of age), such as 'emergency stress response requiring medical treatment for about 4 weeks', 'the toxicity effect of an gradium that requires medical treatment for about 2 weeks to the victims of H (the age of 45) residing in H, 'the toxicity effect of an gradium carbon hexia that requires medical treatment for about 2 weeks,' and 'emergency stress response' to the victim K residing in J of J (the age of 83).
