1. Of the instant lawsuits, the claim for the confirmation of the ownership of the real estate stated in the Attachment No. 2 against Defendant B, C, D, E, F, G, and H is filed.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff is an organization with the aim of running businesses such as consumer counseling and information provision in order to protect and promote the rights and interests of consumers, and was established as a non-corporate body on January 1, 1970 and converted into an incorporated association on February 23, 1998.
B. As to the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”), Defendant I, on December 8, 1979, completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of the promise to trade from December 8, 1978, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on November 3, 1987, respectively, on November 3, 1987.
C. The Plaintiff had an office in Mapo-gu Seoul, Seoul, but newly constructed the real estate indicated in the [Attachment List No. 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) on the instant land with the deceased as the owner of the building, and completed the construction on or around June 23, 1982, and then relocated the Plaintiff’s office to the instant building, so far, the Plaintiff has used the instant building as the Plaintiff’s office.
On the other hand, on May 27, 2004, registration of preservation of ownership was made in the name of the deceased on the instant building.
Around January 1970, the Plaintiff was established as the leading role of the Deceased. From the time of the establishment of the Plaintiff, the Deceased was the vice-chairperson from the time of the establishment of the Plaintiff. From January 24, 2013, L was appointed as the president at the ordinary general meeting on January 24, 2013, and became dismissed.
E. The network M and the network N were married couple with 2 South and North son’s children, such as O, P, Deceased, Defendant H, etc.
The Deceased died on February 12, 2013, after his/her unmarried children died on the net M, net N and siblings, his/her parents, and the net P.
The NetworkO had his wife Q and Defendant C with his children, but the net Q and net died before the Deceased’s death, and the net R had been employed by Defendant B, who was a child between the wife and the wife, but divorced before the birth.
