1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 47,634,561 as well as KRW 28,985,092 from August 7, 2019 to the day of full payment.
The cause of the instant claim is the same as the entry of the grounds for the instant claim (However, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff,” and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant,” and it may be recognized in full view of the respective entries and arguments in subparagraphs A through 4 and the whole purport of the pleadings.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 47,634,561 (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 28,985,092, plus KRW 9,156,191 interest rate of KRW 9,493,278) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate of KRW 28,985,092 from August 7, 2019 to the date of full payment.
If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
