1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 13, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 10, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendant on May 3, 2013 for the "fest access road package work" in the amount of KRW 60,00,000 (including value-added tax). ② The plaintiff received KRW 30,000,000 out of the down payment from the defendant around May 9, 2013, and ③ the plaintiff completed the construction under the above contract.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 30,000,000 and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 13, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is obvious as the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
